Be Healthy In this Summer Season...

Summer is a wonderful season to enjoy and have fun. It provides an opportunity for everyone to enjoy his or her vacation. But to enjoy it one should have to stay healthy because as we get outside our activities also increase.  Due to this, we get tired and get affected from heat, skin cancer, and tetanus.

Therefore, to prevent from this infection we should take some precaution:

1. Sunglasses, hat and umbrella help to protect your eyes and face.

2. Your skin can be protected from harmful sun rays by applying moisturizer or sunscreen lotion.

3. Be hydrated in summer by having plenty of water and juices. 

4. One should wear free size light color cloth.

5. You should have balanced diet to avoid weakness and burn during hot summer. If you take a balanced diet, you will be able to keep away stress and this helps to increase stamina.

6. Apply light make-up in hot summer.

7. Try to avoid smoking and alcohol.

8. Intaking limited amount of fats and sugar will help to maintain your energy level.

9. Take rest as possible you can take.

10. During summer avoid spicy and oily food.

These are some healthy tips, which will help you to be healthy during summer.
