In today’s, busy schedule life is so badly filled with stress and strain. They hardly get time to look after their diet and health.  2.Proper and Balance Diet:  In today’s modern times, mostly people depend on the fast food. They are not noticing about what they are consuming and hence this make their body week and vulnerable to disease. This should be avoided but they should consume healthy food. For that, they should have balance diet, which include fruits, dairy products, and vegetable in healthy amount. Fruits and vegetable provide us vitamins, which is necessary to keep our body healthy.
